Internet Addicts Anonymous

Internet addiction is a real disorder. And like any other addiction, the first step to receiving treatment is acknowledging you have a problem. The National Institute of Health seeks to meet people where they’re at – which is in a state of denial.

Internet addiction keeps you

from the things and people you love.

We want your kids to go outside and track mud on the wood floor and scream bloody murder while you’re in the middle of an important call. We want you to go on first dates and talk to strangers on the subway and have uncomfortable exchanges with the Trader Joe’s cashier. We want you to be alive. We want people to step out into the world, unfettered and unafraid. But that can't happen if you’re uncomfortable with discomfort. It’s hard to look up or even leave your house when you have the choice not to, but there are ways to avoid taking the easy way out. We’re here to help you do that.
